COVID -19: CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE OF FRAUD
Fraud is a criminal act. The legal definition of fraud is: “Some deceitful practice or willful device, resorted to with intent to deprive another of his right, or in some manner to do him an injury.”
The Legal definition of a conspiracy is: “A combination or confederacy between two or more persons formed for the purpose of committing, by their joint efforts, some unlawful or criminal act:.
It seems, those in Ventura County who say we face a pandemic have not provided any evidence to show that a virus called SARS-CoV-2 causes a disease called COVID 19. For there to be a fraud the deceit must be willful. The intention must be to deliberately deprive others of their rights or injure them in some other way.
If you really cared about our health and safety, why is everything you are telling us to do to be “safe and healthy” is the exact opposite of what we should be doing for our good health? Why aren’t you telling us to take care of ourselves, like going outside and getting fresh air, and sunlight, eating right, getting exercise; and of course interacting with other humans beings so we share germs and get used to germs going around to get our own immune system built up. After all, our immune systems are effective 99.9%! And this “so called fake dangerous disease” has a 99.6% survival rate for anyone under 80 years old!
Common sense tells me there is evidence of collusion between the Board of Supervisors, tyrant Newsom and the Ventura Public Health Department to commit fraud, therefore, this is a conspiracy. It seems COVID 19 has been deliberately used as a CASUS BELLI to wage war on We the People in Ventura County. We have been imprisoned in our own homes, our freedom to roam restricted, freedom of speech and expression eroded, rights to protest curtailed, separated from loved ones, our businesses destroyed, psychologically bombarded, muzzled and terrorized.
Worse still, while there is no evidence of UNPRECEDENTED all-cause mortality, there were unseasonable spikes in deaths. These correlate precisely with Lockdown measures which saw the withdrawal of the health services we pay for and a reorientation of public health services to treat one alleged disease at the exclusion of all others.
Those responsible for the crime of conspiracy to commit fraud should be tried. If found guilty, they should be imprisoned while the rest of us get on with trying to repair the damage you have already inflicted.

Yes, it is absurd what they have attempted to perpetrate on us.They are basically the handmaidens of Newsom and his dirty band of Progressive Fascists. The faux “science” they are using does not stand up to rigorous analysis. They are attempting to shut down much of the state’s economy and society to protect a tiny percentage of at-risk people when they should be focusing on them.
Not only is their approach plain stupid, but they are lying about many of the underlying assumptions, starting with mortality statistics, cause and contribution to deaths.
Let’s name names of the most culpable- Mike Powers, Robert Levin and his hapless boss Vargas, Linda Parks, Steve Bennett (now escaped), John Zaragoza (now escaped), Bob Huber and Kelly Long- and of course the infamous Gavin Newsom of Pelosi nephew and winery fame. History will not be kind to them. Maybe they can write phony self-glorifying books about what heroes they are like Governor Cuomo did.
