Ventura County, September 7, 2021– Rebozo Festival, Inc., is pleased to announce that grants of up to $15,000 were awarded to qualified non-profit organizations focusing on the Ventura County Communities deeply affected during this difficult time. In accordance with Covid-19 restrictions, the 2021 Rebozo Festival Inc. Annual event has been postponed to May 15, 2022 and the application process is suspended.
The awarded non-profit organizations are:
Clinicas Del Camino Real, Inc. – “Feeding the Frontlines”
Boys and Girls Club of Camarillo
Friends of Field Workers “Grocery Security Network” (GSN)
The Rebozo Festival, Inc., is a benefit event established to raise funds for Ventura County non-profit charitable organizations. It is a unique cultural event promoting the rich heritage of our area by highlighting the Mexican rebozo (shawl) as our theme.
