    Narrative:

On Monday, October 18, 2021, at approximately 4:49 PM, officers from the Port Hueneme Police Department responded to a call of a shooting victim in the south alley of the 600 block of West Hemlock Street.   When they arrived, officers located a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

After the shooting, the suspect(s) possibly fled westbound in the alley in a black sedan.

After a lengthy investigation, investigators arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile believed to be involved in the shooting.  The juvenile was lodged into Ventura County Juvenile Hall.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he remains in critical, but stable condition. Anyone with information about this incident can contact Senior Detective Baltazar Tapia at 805-986-6619 or by e-mail at [email protected]
