California Cut LLC is a small family owned T-shirt brand incorporated in 2013, comprising of husband and wife co-owners Clark and Shonna Song. The company is located in Ventura, California. We design, screenprint, and sell directly to the public through festival and farmers markets in Ventura County.  We were hit hard by the Covid-19 Stay Home order as we are not an essential business and saw all our markets and events canceled or shut down. We have no employees so we didn’t have to lay off any staff, that’s how small we are. We strive to survive the storm and continue on our business of creating and hand printing quality garments for the locals, tourists, and general public once we regain access to our markets.Â

We recently designed and started manufacture of a completely original high performing filter facemask that uses the same materials and filter media as N95 and surgical masks and reinvested into retooling our business to use new sewing technology such as ultrasonic fabric welding to create safe seams on mask manufacture. We are the first to make a facemask that actually filters in the submicron level and addresses covid-19 concerns such as eliminating exhale valves, using the difficult to find nonwoven meltblown polypropylene and features ultrasonic sewing.
