Oxnard Family Circle (OFC) is a community-based adult daycare center for the elderly, adults with disabilities and Veterans living in Ventura County. Our clients are frail individuals who can live at home with the aid of appropriate health, rehabilitative, personal care, and social services.
COVID-19 pandemic prevents us from running normal center – based operation. So, we try to help our clients remotely in any way we can: we deliver food and produce to participant’s doorstep, we supply personal protection items like masks, sanitizer, gloves, we send over to participants homes our health and wellness bus for individual nursing care and therapies, we provide social services, care coordination and emotional support over the phone, stimulating activities over zoom.
Be assured we are working for you through good times and difficult ones. As soon as it is safe the center will open its’ doors for everybody in need to once again assist both caregivers and participants by supporting their independence during the daytime hours.
Services are covered by Medi-Cal, Department of Veteran Affairs, Tri-County Regional Center, Private Pay and Long-Term Care Insurance.
