St. John’s Regional Medical Center (SJRMC), a member of Dignity Health, is pleased to announce that Mark and Michelle Hiepler, of the Oxnard-based Law Offices of Hiepler and Hiepler, expressed their gratitude for our front-line heroes by donating 800 meals from Urbane Café.
“We are grateful for Mark and Michelle Hiepler’s continued support of our physicians, nurses, and staff,” said Darren Lee, President and CEO of St. John’s Regional Medical Center and St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital. “This is a tough time for our community, and for the whole world, however, the kindness of community members like the Hieplers reminds us of why we are here—to support our community.”
Earlier last week, the Hieplers, who are Camarillo residents, shared this same generosity with the health care team at St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital.
Continued support from the community has been pouring into the hospitals to recognize front-line staff, as well as the many ancillary departments that are working diligently to support preparations for the COVID-19 surge.
Although we are not experiencing equipment shortages at this time, St. John’s is accepting donations of personal protective equipment in anticipation of future need.
