State Senator floats bill to Jab All California School Children with Vaccines yet to be approved by FDA

    By Debra Tash

State Senator Dr. Richard Pan, who tightened the screws on the state’s children with SB 276, is working on another bill to crush parental rights.  SB 276 which passed in 2019 removed all medical exceptions to the already approved childhood vaccines.  Now the senator wants to make the slew of failed Covid 19 mandatory for an age group that has a 99.9% survival rate from this disease.  Senate Bill 871 would add the vaccines to the list of required inoculations for K through 12.

We were told by Pan’s office that they would note people’s objections but they move forward with the bill anyway.

The senator is in effect upping the stakes by not waiting for FDA approval on the vaccines. Something Newsom hadn’t even done in his October 2021 proposal. “California currently requires students at all public and private schools to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. However, that mandate, which was announced by Newsom in October, does not take effect until after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration fully approves the shot for children ages 12 and older.” Children’s Health Defense

Only Pfizer’s Comirnaty has been approved, not the BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.  Though it may be similar in composition, though no one knows since the company has yet to reveal what is in the drug, the two are legal distinct.  There are no FDA approved vaccines in the United States, something that shields the companies that make them from legal lability. The Moderna and Johnson and Johnson shots are still under Emergency Use Authorization along with Pfizer’s product. Yet Pan wants to add these experimental drugs to the list of mandated childhood inoculations as if they come without risk.

Dr. Robert Malone from The Unity Project and who is inventor of the MRNA technology warns parents:

There is already a growing pushback to SB 871.

“Given the fact that countries around the world are dropping restrictions, eschewing mandates, and accepting that Covid is becoming endemic, Senator Pan’s new bill shows just how out of touch he is, both scientifically and politically. The CDC has admitted that the Covid vaccine does not prevent transmission or infection and is not effective at protecting people from the current strain of Covid. A Covid vaccine mandate will only serve to further undermine public health. This being a midterm election year, with Dems not polling well, it would be political suicide for California Dems to sign on to support this overreaching, egregious, and wholly unnecessary piece of legislation. California parents don’t want the state making parenting decisions for them. It seems a risky proposition for the Dems with absolutely zero benefits.” ~Stefanie Fetzer, Founder, Parents United 4 Kids

The vaccines have failed to stop the disease, and in some ways made it worse by the wide spread administration of drugs that were effective against a virus that is now extinct.   All of the current vaccines were formulated to work against the original Wuhan strain.  The vaccines are not just ineffective against the new strains.  They have helped create them because they are leaky, meaning the virus evolves to escape them.

Pan hasn’t even addressed the need for boosters.  Johnson and Johnson is now every two months, the others every five to six months.  Are California’s children to be inoculated on a continuing basis?  This isn’t the case with the current list of approved vaccines.

Parents are poised to lose their rights to determine what is best for their children.  Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) introduced Senate Bill 866, the Teens Choose Vaccines Act.   This will allow minors 12 to 18 to get vaccinated without their parent’s consent.
