On November 2, 2023, at approximately 7:55 AM, officers from the Port Hueneme Police Department located a stolen, 2017 Hyundai Tucson parked in the 300 block of East Port Hueneme Road.
Before officers could make contact, four subjects fled from the vehicle.
Officers quickly apprehended two of the subjects in the parking lot of a nearby hotel and apprehended a third subject in a nearby shopping center.
A fourth subject eluded capture and was last seen running southbound through the parking lot of 350 East Port Hueneme Road.
The outstanding suspect is described as a light-skinned Hispanic male with a slim build, wearing a black hat, black sweatshirt and black pants.
The three arrested subjects were identified as 22-year-old Port Hueneme resident Oscar Gabriel Silva Coronado, 25-year-old Oxnard resident Leeann Guzman, and 35-year-old transient Gabriel Gonzales.
Coronado was arrested on an outstanding no-bail felony arrest warrant for 459 PC – Burglary and 466 PC – Possession of Burglary Tools.
Guzman was arrested for 466 PC – Possession of Burglary Tools and 496d(a) PC – Receiving or Possessing a Stolen Vehicle.
Gonzales was arrested for 11377 H&S – Possession of a Controlled Substance.
All three were transported to Ventura County Jail.
Several items of possible stolen property were also located in the vehicle and the investigation is ongoing.
