    Artwork by students who attend schools and programs operated by the Ventura County Office of Education (VCOE) is now on display in a new exhibition at the Santa Paula Agriculture Museum. VCOE provides special education and alternative learning opportunities to students throughout Ventura County from preschool through high school.

    WHAT: Ventura County Office of Education Student Art Gallery

    WHERE: Santa Paula Agriculture Museum, 926 Railroad Avenue, Santa Paula, CA 93060

    WHEN: May 19, 2022, to June 5, 2022. The museum is open Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    ADMISSION: FREE

    Students have been invited to create artwork illustrating what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to them. The VCOE Student Art Gallery was inspired by the Ventura County Office of Education’s annual Equity Conference, which provides education on workshops on a variety of topics, including anti-racism, implicit bias, the importance of preschool, preparing for college, supporting students with disabilities, gender diversity, and more.

    Thank you for this! We, Oxnard Local Artists are working towards doing same here in Channel Islands Harbor at our Cal State CI University facility here. We need more of our county to visit their harbor and Art from our community is a great addition!
