Surfrider Foundation Coastal Cleanup

The Surfrider Foundation is actively looking for volunteers to do three clean ups at Ormond lagoon and beach in the next couple of months, as well as trying to find sponsors/donors for supplies needed for the island clean up and native plant restoration the city is leading.

Here is your first opportunity.

Saturday, January 11 from 9am-12pm, come help with Ormond island’s clean up and native plant restoration! At the end of Perkins Rd. and in conjunction with the city of Oxnard’s restoration project, volunteers are needed for trash and debris removal. Wear comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes.
