Campaign signs are an important part of the democratic election process in the USA, elements of intolerance have recently vandalized some Mike Stoker campaign signs in Santa Barbara County. We condemn all threats to democracy and the democratic process. – OG

Well we know which campaign respects property rights. You want to laugh and shake your head saying…really? But, I think the story of what happens to campaign signs tells a lot about the candidate and what the candidate stands for.
Below is what happened withing 24 hours of putting these signs up on private property in Carpinteria. This was one of the lucky signs. Most signs our campaign put up our gone within 24 hours.
On our end, I can assure you no one involved in my campaign in anyway will touch a sign on private property. I am a strong advocate of private property rights. Your property is often a way to express your 1st Amendment rights of Free Speech. It should be strongly respected.
So while the opposition has no problem in the middle of the night defacing, destroying or removing signs, our side will stand firm and respect property rights and respect the right for you to post a sign supporting whatever candidate or cause you want.
These signs by the way cost $100 each. So if you want to contribute to a campaign that respects YOUR property rights and want to help us purchase another replacement sign, your donation of $100 will be greatly appreciated. You can contribute at www.StokerForAssembly.com.
Thank you for your support and please do everything you can to assure your friends, neighbors and business associates vote.
And remember…”Mike Stoker for Assembly-A New Direction for California.”
