    Vehicle Traffic Collision/Level 1 Multi Casualty Incident

    On the above date and time, a 911 call was received at the Fire Communication Center to report a traffic collision at the intersection of Harbor Blvd x Oyster St.

    Fire personnel arrived on scene within minutes of the initial call and found three passenger vehicles with moderate damage with 6 occupants that had collided in the intersection. Fire and EMS personnel quickly provided advanced medical treatment to the patients and performed hazard mitigation to ensure that the scene was safe. Four patients were treated on scene and released, and two patients were transported to an area hospital for further treatment.

    Ventura Police Department assisted with traffic control in the area and the cause of the accident remains under investigation. No injuries to emergency personnel were reported at the time of the incident.

    Total Fire Personnel On-Scene: 20 Agencies Involved: Ventura City FD, AMR, GCA, and Ventura PD
