    There are 207 new cases today (51 (24.6%) of which have a lab collection from August 10th or earlier), 3,447 additional people tested, and 1 additional death (77 year old male with comorbidity); this includes reports from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Current doubling time is 72.2 days. Please continue to wear masks in public, social distance and only gather with members of your household. Your actions are making a difference!

    A statewide Flex Alert has been issued calling for voluntary electricity conservation through Wednesday. The Flex Alerts are in effect from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. each day.
    Three simple actions individuals and businesses can take to reduce energy consumption:
    • Set your thermostat to 78° or higher between 3 and 10 P.M.
    • Refrain from major appliance use between 3 and 10 P.M.
    • Turn off unnecessary lights and appliances
