    Ventura County Moves into Red Tier – County of Ventura COVID-19 Update – October 7 2020

    Good afternoon, There are 82 new cases today (9 (11%) of which have a lab collection from September 30th or earlier), 1,506 additional people tested, and 3 deaths (89 year old male, 83 year old female, 22 year old female, all with comorbidities). Current doubling time was 174.2 days. There are 38 hospitalizations and there are 11 cases being treated in the ICU.

    Interesting figure when it comes to those with comormidities. Check out how homeless people have the lowest numbers of those that have contracted the virus. Could it be that they don’t congregate together, wash their hands regularly, and wear mask’s?

    This should be looked into if they’re doing something we all should be doing. In this case, having “comorbidities” doesn’t seem to be a disadvantage.
