Restorative Yoga (VIRTUAL)
Restore balance to body and mind with slow moving, calming and nurturing poses that can induce physiological changes which allow the body to recover from life’s daily stresses. Props are used in this virtual class to aid complete relaxation and conscious breathing helping to move into deeper levels of relaxation.
Required: yoga mat, a yoga bolster or two large pillows, 2 beach towels or yoga blankets and a yoga block.
