    Another shooting incident in Oxnard

    Oxnard Police Department – Incident Press Release 

    On June 16, 2020 at approximately 9:19 P.M., officers from the Oxnard Police Department were dispatched to the 200 block of Cuesta Del Mar, in reference to a shooting victim. When officers arrived, they located a 24-year-old male Oxnard resident suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper torso. He was transported to an area hospital and is currently listed in critical condition. Investigators from the Oxnard Police Department Violent Crimes Unit responded to the scene to assist with the investigation. The investigation is ongoing and no further information is available at this time.  Any witnesses to the incident are encouraged to contact Detective Kevin Gormley at (805) 385-7786 or [email protected].
