Hiking Essentials (VIRTUAL)

This online class will cover the basic aspects of day hiking. Topics include finding the right gear, researching locations and planning your hikes. You will also learn about mileage, endurance, terrain, safety and hydration. Previous knowledge is not required. Although most of the information will be for beginners, all levels are welcome. Come prepared to expand your horizons and start enjoying the wonders of the natural world.
