Sound Bath (Ages 16+)

Join us for a luxurious Sound Bath led by musician Karina Arcia. Using Tibetan Bowls and various instruments, Karina will play sacred sounds to help you relax, meditate, and connect with yourself on a deeper level. Our Sound Bath is appropriate for ages 16 and over. The cost of class is $20.00 per person. No experience is necessary. Students should bring their own yoga mat and dress comfortably. Advance registration is required. This class will run on Saturday, January 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
