Godspeak Pastor Rob McCoy: “I’m calling for prayer, fasting” before the Election; 85 baptized at Sunday in-person services

    By Michael Hernandez

NEWBURY PARK—“I’m going on a water fast starting Thursday at sundown until Monday night,” said Godspeak Pastor Rob McCoy who challenged Christians to pray and fast before Election Day during Sunday’s in-person services where 85 were baptized .  “I want to do a 1,000 things other than pray and fast which is not natural to us; but neither is liberty.

“Do we want freedom? Do we want liberty? How much do we value it? Will we pray and ask God for mercy? Will the church be silent?

“Are we going to walk away from the government that we have had for 244 years for an oligarchy of Fascism, or Socialism, or Communism? If the church doesn’t awaken; this experiment in liberty is gone. We’re watching an awakening across the country. Pray that it is not too late.

“The governor says the church is non-essential. If you called my wife, non-essential, you would be picking up your teeth with a broken arm. The body of Christ is His bride and we are to herald the truth. How do you legislate without truth? As we are watching this election—the most critical election since 1860. Will we be silent?

“Will we overturn the slaughter of babies? Are we going to say this is inconvenient? That a baby is not a human being? We have a candidate running for president (that thinks this way). “Where is the church? Why are they silent? This is critical. The church is to be the voice for the voiceless.

Pastor McCoy shared about his recent election travels to Texas, Florida, North Carolina and in California doing six events this past week before calling up Co-Pastor Rick Brown to deliver the Sunday message from Acts 11:1-18 prior to the church baptisms.

“If you never have been baptized, why not?” said Pastor McCoy who baptized 18 at the 9 a.m.; 33 at the 11 a.m.; and 35 at the 1 p.m. service; including many couples.

Refreshing to see a pastor supporting our Constitutional right the practice religion and praise God. There is a Lutheran Church in Camarillo that has swallowed hook, line and sinker a mission statement of Marxism, and calling on the flock to reflect on their racism(as if that is a given due to the amount of melanin in their dermis). Are people racist? Some are, regardless of their skin color. An entire church? Heck no!
The only fact more shocking than the Socialist dogma this pastor is preaching is the fact the flock is lapping it up with a spoon. SJW hive flourishing in a Lutheran Church. Why anyone is still Zooming on Sunday is beyond me. They should show their pastor the door, or find a place to worship where God’s love is front and center. Not a political POV.

Can everyone stop giving this attention seeking clown what he really wants. He is nothing but a publicity seeking charlatan. The sooner we ignore his nonsense the better off we all will be. Let him languish in obscurity where he belong.

Certifiably insane imbecile McCoy should go on a 100-day fast, no water. Jeebus will nourish him, right?
