    SUBJECT: Juvenile Arrested for Firearm Possession

    SUSPECTS: Name withheld, 16-year-old Oxnard Resident 

    LOCATION: 2800 Block of N. Oxnard Blvd., Oxnard

    On January 18, 2022, at approximately 1:00 p.m., officers from the Oxnard Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 2800 Block of North Oxnard Blvd. Officers made contact with the occupants and learned that several of the male subjects were on probation with search terms. The officers searched the vehicle and located a loaded handgun under the driver’s seat. The driver is a 16-year-old male juvenile. He was arrested for various Misdemeanor violations.
