On December 19, 2019, detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Street Team concluded a narcotics sales investigation and arrested 41 year old Jennifer Fuller of Oxnard for her involvement in the sales of methamphetamine to residents of Ventura County.

In early December 2019, detectives obtained information indicating Fuller was selling methamphetamine to residents of Ventura County.  Detectives began an investigation and gathered enough evidence to obtain a signed search warrant for Fuller, her residence located in the 1400 Block of Crest Court in Oxnard and a vehicle associated to her.  On December 19, 2019, detectives contacted Fuller during a traffic stop as she left her residence.  Detectives found Fuller was in possession of approximately 28 grams of methamphetamine concealed on her person.  Fuller was arrested and transported to the Headquarters Station for processing.

Following Fuller’s arrest, detectives, with the assistance of the California National Guard-Counterdrug Task Force, executed the search warrant at her residence.  Detectives found additional methamphetamine and paraphernalia indicative of narcotic sales.  In all, detectives seized 358 grams of methamphetamine and over 200 prescription pills that were not lawfully prescribed to Fuller or any other occupant of the residence.

Based on the investigation, detectives arrested Fuller for violation of Health and Safety Code sections 11378 and 11379-Transportation/Possession for sale of controlled substances.  Fuller was booked at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility and her bail was set at $50,000.

The Narcotics Street Team is comprised of Narcotic Detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office and the Oxnard Police Department.  The California National Guard-Counterdrug Task Force works closely with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office and provides resources directed at narcotic enforcement efforts throughout Ventura County.
