In late March of 2019, detectives from the Moorpark Investigations Bureau were made aware of a possible embezzlement of funds by a member of the Flory School Boosters club.
Detectives conducted an investigation, which included the service of a search warrant at a residence in the 300 Block of Hickory Grove Drive in the City of Thousand Oaks.
As a result of the search warrant, detectives recovered several pieces of evidence associated with the investigation.
Detectives also arrested Jenna Leporati, 46 years old, of Thousand Oaks, for embezzlement. Leporati was booked in the Ventura County Main Jail, in lieu of 20,000.00 bail. The investigation is ongoing.
