Oxnard Police Department Incident Press Release
On March 9, 2020 at 1:30 AM, Oxnard Police Officers were investigating a noise complaint in the 1800 block of Macarthur Place. They observed Miguel Garcia 22 years old, Oxnard resident, walking away from his unoccupied vehicle in an attempt to flee. Garcia was found to be in possession of narcotic paraphernalia and a search of his vehicle revealed a loaded revolver and additional narcotics. Possession of the firearm was a felony because it was not registered to Garcia and was found in addition to narcotics. Garcia was arrested for various firearms and narcotic related charges. Â
