There are many kinds of meditation and many benefits such as lowering blood pressure, reducing stress, feeling more emotional balance, increasing creative thinking, and awakening our inner spirituality. Meditation is an individual journey that is unique to each person. This virtual class will offer several different kinds of meditation and provides tools for creating one’s own meditation practice.
